3-year Limited Warranty: Pillows and Cushions

Sedona Comfort™ guarantees that we will replace or repair original purchaser's product at Sedona Comfort’s™ discretion, if it is defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, subject to the limitations described in this warranty.

This warranty does not include a normal increase in softness of the PŪR memory material™ which does not affect the quality of the product.

This warranty includes:

• any physical flaw in the product that causes the material to split or crack despite normal usage and proper handling; and
• Deterioration of the cell-structure of the material that causes the product to not return to its original shape.

During the three (3) years of this warranty, Sedona Comfort™ will at its discretion, repair the product at a handling cost to purchaser, or replace the product.

This warranty covers the following products (all sizes of product included):

• The Original Pillow
• The Sedona Comfort Contour Pillow
• The Synergy3 Zone Pillow
• The Cush n' it

Repair or replacement of the product does not extend its limited warranty or begin a new limited warranty period.

If available, the cover for the product is warranted for two (2) years from the date of purchase against faults in material or workmanship.  If Sedona Comfort™ replaces the cover for the product; it will be replaced with the current style of cover available, which may be a different cover or material than the original cover.

If the product or cover is physically abused, damaged, burned, cut or torn, this warranty is void.

Upon inspection, any product found to be in an unsanitary condition will not be repaired or replaced, and all warranties thereon will be rendered null and void.

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product. An original purchaser is one who purchases the product directly from Sedona Comfort™ or an authorized retailer of Sedona Comfort™ products.  If the purchase of this product was not directly from Sedona Comfort™, proof of purchase will be required to demonstrate that purchaser is the original purchaser and eligible to make a valid claim under this warranty.  No express or implied warranties are extended to persons who purchase the product from anyone other than Sedona Comfort™ or an authorized retailer of Sedona Comfort™ products, and all warranties to such persons, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness, are hereby excluded.

In the event a warranty claim is filed and a warranty replacement is deemed necessary, purchaser will be required to surrender the original product to Sedona Comfort™ prior to the replacement.

Repair or replacement of the defective product is the exclusive remedy under this warranty.  Sedona Comfort™ will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages that result from the use of your Sedona Comfort™ product.

THE LIMITED WARRANTIES STATED HEREIN ARE THE ONLY WARRANTIES MADE BY SEDONA COMFORT™ WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT.  SEDONA COMFORT™ HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

This warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights, and the purchaser may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state.

PLEASE RETAIN THIS WARRANTY AND ORIGINAL PROOF OF PURCHASE FOR AT LEAST 3 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.
